Clinical Supervision for Counsellors
Supervision is a regular breathing space for you as a counsellor and human being, to attend to your Self in practice; to reflect on your clients; and to learn from your own encounters and emotional responses. Supervision welcomes your voice, your thoughts and feelings; and enables you to see your clients anew. And above all, sessions help us both to stay curious!
I currently provide clinical supervision to trainee counsellors or qualified counsellors. Sessions are £60 per hour, with a reduced student rate of £50 per hour; and are held either online, or in consulting rooms in the BD16, BD17 or BD18 areas near Shipley.
My supervision practice
I am a person-centred therapist with experience of: supervising counsellors with different approaches; training student counsellors on placement; as well as co-ordinating a district network of counsellors.
Previous supervisees said I provide a trustworthy and engaging ethos which they carried into their work with clients; and where they feel supported and freed to develop. So if you’re looking for a non-judgemental, reflective supervisor, contact me for a free initial consultation.
