What are the fees?

The first consultation is free and is for up to 50 minutes, depending on what you need. Each session afterwards costs £60, and last 50 minutes.

What happens first?

You can tell me what's brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from the sessions; and you can check I'm the right therapist for you. I'll tell you about confidentiality, and we can plan when and how you'd prefer to meet.

Can we work online?

Yes - a lot of my therapy is provided over Zoom video calls, so you can access counselling from your home.

Where can we meet?

If you prefer in-person sessions, they take place in centrally-located rooms in either Baildon, Saltaire or Bingley, near Bradford.

How often do we meet?

Sessions are usually weekly - however, I am happy to consider alternatives, e.g. fortnightly.

Availability?

I provide therapy on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, daytimes and evenings.

How many sessions?

You may want just a few sessions, or you might be considering longer work. We can review this.
